Recharge
Customers have the ability to recharge a card’s balance, thereby allowing them to keep the same PIN number they originally purchased. Discounts, specials and promotions are not applicable to recharges.
Auto Recharge
Auto-recharge allows customers to automatically recharge a card’s balance each time the balance falls below $3.00. It's a great way to save yourself the time and hassle of either manually recharging your card or coming back to our site and buying a new card. Also, you never have to worry about being stuck without a balance when you are traveling or when you don't have internet access to buy a new card. This feature is best used with our low-priced, no-fee cards. To set up this feature on any of your cards, please see the instructions below. Each card must be set up with this feature separately. You can turn auto-recharge on or off at any time.
To set up your card with this feature follow these simple steps:
- Sign on to your account
- Choose the PIN that you want to set up from the "My PINs" section in your account center.
- On the Auto Recharge tab just click on the check box and choose the amount that you want to recharge. To turn auto recharge off, unclick the check box at any time.
Special: Use Auto Recharge to Earn Bonus Points Equal to up to One Free Month of Calling!
Earn Bonus Points equal to up to one free month of calling! Set up any of your cards (PINs) with auto recharge. Then, 12 months after the first recharge is applied to that PIN we will credit your account with Bonus Points equal to the lowest monthly dollar amount of usage on that PIN in the previous 12 months. Each of these Bonus Points can be converted into $1.00 of additional balance on the qualifying PIN only. You may be saying to yourself, is that all? Only the lowest month? Well, keep in mind, that there is no charge for this feature or joining this special program and you can shut auto recharge off at any time. So why not sign up? There is nothing to lose. There is no special registration required to be eligible so simply set up any of your cards with auto recharge and we will take care of the rest. Oh, and by the way, while you are enjoying our extremely low calling rates, you will still earn your Bonus Points under the Frequent Buying Program for all of your auto recharge purchases. PIN-less Dialing
Customers are able to set up as many as five (5) personal telephone numbers that they may connect to immediately upon entering the access number without the need to also enter their PIN number. This time-saving feature allows customers to connect to their most frequently called numbers without having to remember their PIN number. This feature currently only works with toll-free access numbers.
Speed Dial
Customers are able to program up to fifty (50) telephone numbers in speed dial. To call a speed dial number, just enter your PIN number and press the speed dial code number for that number. Your friends and family are only a button away.
Call History
This allows customers to review all of their call detail records, including who the customer has called, length of conversation and cost of the call.
Billing History
This allows customers to review and to have records of all of their credit card and Paypal transactions.
Frequent Buyers Program
A customer will receive 5 Bonus Points for every $100.00 they spend to purchase calling cards from www.MyIDTPin.com, including all recharge, auto recharge and non-recharge purchases. The $100.00 threshold excludes all taxes and amounts purchased using coupons, discounts or other promotions. See the Bonus Points Program for additional conditions and restrictions.
Refer a Friend Program
If a customer refers a person to www.MyIDTPin.com and that person registers and purchases $50.00 worth of products from the website, then the referring customer will receive 5 Bonus Points. Existing customers can not be referred under this program. The referring party must be a registered customer of the website in good standing at the time the Bonus Points are earned in order to receive the Bonus Points. Welcome Bonus
Upon your first purchase we will credit your account with Bonus Points equal to 20% of your total first purchase amount. For your protection against credit card fraud we limit the first purchase to less than $40.00. Total purchase amount excludes all taxes and amounts purchased using coupons, discounts or other promotions. Bonus Points can be used to add balance onto the card that you buy from us. Bonus Points Program
General - Registered customers are eligible to earn Bonus Points which can be converted into additional PIN balance dollars. Customers will receive an email when Bonus Points are added to their accounts. Only registered customers of www.MyIDTPin.com whose accounts are in good standing are eligible to earn and convert Bonus Points.
Each Bonus Point awarded can be converted into $1.00 of additional balance on a customer’s PIN.
All Bonus Points and programs that award Bonus Points are subject to these rules and regulations (collectively, the “Program”) as well as all terms and conditions of this website, including the Subscriber Agreement and Conditions of Use. MyIDTPin.com reserves the right to change the Program’s policies, rules, regulations and benefits at any time without notice. MyIDTPin.com reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Bonus Points can not be used to purchase additional calling cards or PINS, have no cash value and may not be transferred to another customer’s account. Bonus Points from one account can not be pooled or combined with the Bonus Points of another customer’s account. The sale of Bonus Points by customers is prohibited. Bonus Points will not be granted for any refunded, void or unpaid purchases.
Crediting Account - Bonus Points will be credited to a customer’s account within 2 weeks of the qualifying activity. Customers are responsible for verifying that Bonus Points are credited to their account. All account discrepancies must be reported in writing within six months of date of activity.
Expiration and Termination - MyIDTPin.com reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Program at any time if you violate the Program’s rules or policies or any term or condition of the website, including the Subscriber Agreement and the Conditions of Use. Termination of your membership will result in a loss of all accumulated Bonus Points and the loss of all other Program benefits. Terminated members are not eligible to participate in any aspect of the Program. In lieu of termination, MyIDTPin.com may at its sole discretion deduct Bonus Points from your account, but permit you to continue participating in the Program. If a customer returns a card (PIN) and receives a refund, then all of the Bonus Points associated with that card (PIN) will be automatically cancelled. Bonus Points do not expire except as expressly set forth herein.
